After submitting your registration form, the Director of Instruction will call you directly for confirmation and deposit information.

Following a successful deposit, a confirmation email will welcome you to our Academy. Thirty days prior to the start of your academy, we will email you with a final agenda and check-in information. Any requests to cancel or reschedule a reservation must be made in writing via email to JManke@KalahariResorts.com and will become effective on the date received. Cancellations with more than 30 days notice will receive a full deposit refund. Cancellation requests received with less than 30 days notice will result in a 50% refund in cash and 50% on a Trappers Turn Gift Card.
